After trying out several website builders without success - (I usually got stuck at some point and frustrated because I couldn't get help; then that was the end of that!) -I discovered BV. It didn't take me long to get the hang of it and build my first page. I can't tell you how pleasant it was (& is) to work with this program and all the people behind the scenes. Support is fantastic and the forums offer a wealth of information. You can get answers to all your questions - most questions have already been asked before. But, feel free to ask again. You will get quick and helpful replies. I can't say enough about this aspect of BV. The other really great thing is the tutorials. They are basic and easy to follow. I used BV to build my daughter a website as well - Chesapeake Planning - and am currently working on an e-commerce site for my fabric creations. This is fun - I'm enjoying it and once you get the basics under your belt, you'll have fun too.
