If you like fried chicken, this is the place to go. My husband makes the best fried chicken I've ever had, but when we don't feel like cooking and want fried chicken, this is where we go. They use Perdue chicken - the pieces are plump and meaty - and the batter is crispy and tasty, not greasy. This is a favorite take-along when the boys go fishing. And the cole slaw is also excellent. I don't even make my own cole slaw anymore, I just order up a pint or quart from Happy House when we need it.
